Launching SipMARGS Online Presence
Problem
Alix Earle’s upcoming product had no online presence, social following, website, or sales infrastructure. The product was not ready to ship, and a warehouse delay added pressure leading up to launch. We needed to build awareness, capture customer interest, and drive online demand from scratch while staying on timeline and managing customer expectations.
Solution
As Digital Marketing Director, I led the end-to-end online launch strategy, building a streamlined customer journey from interest to checkout. We launched a high-converting teaser landing page to build our subscriber list and created a full Shopify website optimized for a smooth shopping experience, from homepage to cart. I directed a paid media strategy across Meta and Google to drive traffic, capture leads, and grow brand visibility. Influencer partnerships supported the campaign with user-generated content and social proof. We activated email and SMS campaigns to nurture interest pre-launch and drive conversions post-launch. Organic social content focused on brand storytelling and engagement, turning followers into first-time customers.
Results
Brand-led refinements played a pivotal role in the success of the SipMARGS launch, driving over $150,000 in online sales within the first week. By aligning the visual identity, messaging, and site experience with both Alix Earle’s presence and the existing SipMARGS brand, we built trust and clarity that converted. The updated storytelling and clean user experience helped reduce friction and improve engagement. Supported by high-impact influencer content and targeted paid campaigns, the refreshed brand identity positioned SipMARGS as a standout in the competitive RTD cocktail space.
