Problem

F3 Energy, a functional beverage brand focused on zero-calorie, zero-carb, and zero-sugar drinks, needed to significantly grow its digital presence and drive sales across Shopify and Amazon. Despite a strong product offering, the brand lacked a unified digital strategy, resulting in underutilized ad channels, limited CRM engagement, and a disjointed user experience that restricted visibility and retention.

Solution

As Digital Marketing Director, I developed and executed a cross-channel growth strategy focused on both acquisition and retention. I rebuilt the Shopify website to enhance user experience and conversion, activated full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon, and prioritized CRM by introducing automated lifecycle email and SMS flows tailored to customer behavior. I also restructured CRM segmentation and ensured consistent platform management to deliver a seamless, personalized brand experience across all touchpoints.

Results

F3’s refreshed digital ecosystem successfully strengthened the brand’s relationship with its customers. The new website and branded content improved conversion and time on site, while consistent messaging across email, SMS, and ads drove engagement and repeat purchase behavior. Paid campaigns funneled high-intent traffic into a brand experience that felt personal and aligned, supporting both acquisition and retention.
